    Description

    Imbal Model CI-9 Top Carton / Case Gluer with Nordson 3400 Hot melt system with one hose and gun.

    A Carton or Case with the bottom sealed is placed in the machine lugs and the machine holds it in place and moves it to the next loading area. After case is loaded all top flaps are closed and glued shut automatically.

    Last doing a chipboard box. Approx. 4"-10” max. box width (Up to 18" wide with some work), side case Pushers are on 12" centers, now 24" centers (every other one is removed) so max. box length is 20-23". Height is adjustable from approx. 4-10".

    Box travels on a belt conveyor. The conveyor height and side lugs move in and out with hand cranks.

    The machine was manufactured in Italy, we have the original manual. 480 vac. and compressed air are required.

    Machine came from a Major foods company and remains in excellent condition, the job was cancelled.
