    Description

    Harro Hofliger (Hoefliger) model BK 40 Intermittent motion auto load horizontal glue cartoner.
    - 5" high carton pushers on 9" centers with adjustable leading lug.
    - 8" wide product in-feed conveyor stacks product, blisters, pouches etc. into adjustable collection hopper which drops product into adjustable product bucket.
    - 24 buckets are 12" long and 5" high, currently set to 5" wide.
    - A single pusher loads the product, which could be a single bottle or tube, into the opened carton.
    - The adjustable carton feed hopper is currently set for a 10" x 7.5" flat carton, with a maximum adjustment to approx. 16" x 11.5" flat. 2 suction cup arms, with room for up to 6 suction cups, pull the cartons, past a carton break device and into the carton flights.
    - Flight chains are adjustable from approx. 4"-11" across the machine.
    - Machine has clear interlocking doors that slide, pull open or a large gull wing door opens over the carton gluing section for full access.
    - This machine features a swing around over head control panel, a remote jog control for set up and change over and 2 E-Stop buttons.
    - No Nordson unit.
