DESCRIPTION:
Automatic continuous motion horizontal cartoner, entirely made with balcony construction, designed around three basic concepts: versatility, ergonomics and maximum efficiency in a small footprint. Because of its characteristics it is the ideal solution for packaging cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.

MAIN FEATURES:
The cartoning cycle is completely automatic. The material handling parts the machine are protected by guards. The machine is composed of cartoner, blister feeding unit with feeder belt, pusher, GUK FA21/4 Cartonac 91 leaflet folding unit, carton magazine and exit conveying unit. Pfankuch autoloader sheet feeder counting sheets of 5 length 100 mm each at a rated speed of 2800 rotations per minute. This ASB feeder works on the principle of friction with specific belts.
All feeding groups are located in ergonomic position, in order to make the loading easy for the operator
All main drive mechanism are in oil bath, thus reducing maintenance and noise level
