Features intermittent motion cartoning with manufacturer rating for 25-60 PPM, cartoner is completely rebuilt with 5" carton centers, capable of erecting straight and reverse tuck cartons from 1" to 4" wide, .750" to 2.750" deep and 1.750" to 7" tall, full adjustable polished stainless steel guarding over full length of carton loading area, all acrylic hinged safety doors with interlocks preventing open operation over cartoning zone, adjustable carton magazine with weighted pusher and vibratory feed, discharge jam detector, variable speed via lenze/ac tech ac frequency controller, wired for 220/3 phase service, compressed air venturi system provides carton vacuum pick up, electrical system includes disconnect switch, e stop on main panel and downstream operator panel, operator panel includes stop/start, e stop, vacuum control, safety unlock, run/jog with remote sealed jog button on full length cable, painted in steel it coating and mounted on casters. Formerly in cosmetic packaging.
