    Mfg. description: Slow Down Modules are used to help our customers smoothly change product flow from single file to mass flow. Slow Down Modules consist of a series of chains running at successively slower speeds, and are typically jack-driven from the main conveyor drive shaft. Slow down modules may be tilted to minimize pressure as the product nests. Tilting the modules also helps by causing downed product to roll off the side of the module into down product pans. Slow Down Modules are ideal for use after product is individually processed by production machinery, such inspection machines, fillers, and labelers; going back to mass flow saves floor space and reduces line speeds.
