Description
R.A. Jones, Oystar, Packaging Technologies 4 Lane Machine. Machine will be in running condition, set-up for two container sizes, and with all bearings or worn parts replaced. The filler is Mechanical Style with Servo Fill (all fill, no fill). Servo Fill can be adjusted for many different product placements in the container. Roll-Stock Punch - Cut Heat Seal. The lidder is Suction - Pull style. Machine has updated controls, which includes a Micrologix 1400 PLC, Touch Panel Controls, including thermocouple card / touch panel controlled heat control. It also has Touch Panel options to make container set-up / adjustment user friendly. Includes complete interlocking guarding. Currently set-up for two lane operation, each two being set-up for different sizes, but it can be set-up for four lane configuration. Inquire for custom projects as well.
