Description
Holmatic / Packaging Technologies / Oystar / R.A. Jones, PR-4. Opt-fill that has been converted to punch cut to get rid of the complicated, failure prone-servo driven die cutter. Have done multiple retro-fits for these machines, and customers are extremely happy with them.

This machine is set-up for packaging two lanes at a time, with each set of two being different sizes.

Upgrades: Micrologix 1400, Automation Direct Touch Panel, Newer Plug in style solenoid valves, Rack-and pinion cup-dropper, newer Yaskawa Servo for the filler, punch-cut heater heads, suction pull lidder.

Customers project fell through, otherwise it would still be in use. Can get it running / changed over for an additional cost.
