DESCRIPTION:
The insertion machines for dosing caps are complete machines which satisfy the need to put dosers, such as those for syrups, on the neck of the bottle already filled. The machine is part of the filling line, and is positioned after the filling and capping of the already filled bottle. This latter passes inside this machine which releases the dosing cap on the neck and fixes it inside. In the machine there is also a control system which discards the bottles without doser cap.

MAIN FEATURES:
The feeder is composed of: conveyor belt for bottles entrance, cap elevator, bottles transfer carousel, feeder-vibrator with output channel for doser caps, outfeed conveyor.
In the vibrator bowl the operator inserts a quantity of caps that are pushed upward along the helical track from which they exit conveyed in the output channel terminating with a caliper of arrest. The device is equipped with sensors that monitor its operation along the entire route. The machine is designed to work with three sizes of bottle.
