The system consists of a base MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your base product onto the VTC 4000-550 Vacuum Track Conveyor using an Accutipping Repeat Controller to create consistent placement of the base product (leading edge to leading edge) onto the VTC. Discharge guiding and conveyor registration will register the product in the discharge of the feeder and on the VTC. The registered base product will then travel under the MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder and Dual Stage Tipping System which will first create the same spacing as the base product spacing on the VTC using the Continuous Accutipping Controller. Then, the Dual Stage Tipping System will use the second Continuous Accutipping Controller to fine tune the placement and precisely tip on the product. Plows can be added for folding in line.

The feeders will be equipped with a Hard Carcass Package (HCP) which includes discharge side guiding to register the product as it is transported through the discharge of the feeder, Top and Bottom hard carcass discharge belts for high speed accurate product controller, Seiko counters for easy and repeatable setup/changeover, low profile nose roller assembly for shorter product placement and individual nose roller bearings for increased reliability. The X - Y Crank Adjustable Straddle Mount will provide quick, easy and fine tune adjustment of the Feeder and Dual Stage system.
