    Description

    2005 Batchmater III 30/2GS-243EGV optical part counting system originally from Batching Systems. Includes touch screen controller console with RS232 port and mount; 30mm dual view, 2 gate servo drive optical part accumulating unit; batch reject feature with reject gate and shelf (reject gate not currently attached - easy to attach). Counter is mounted on adjustable hydraulic stand on casters.

    Scan and count parts at extremely high speeds and accuracy using Batching Systems patented technology. The optical scanner performs a volume calculation of the part as it passes through the optics. Parts out of volume tolerance are kicked out of the part stream by the reject gate. The 2 gate accumulator allows faster throughput as parts for the next batch begin accumulating while the current batch is discharged.

    Typically operates in conjunction with a vibrating bowl (not included). High speed, custom small parts feeder available at extra cost (video available). Custom feeder accommodates small batch processing with complete run out of parts to empty without operator intervention.
