    Description

    The bag dump station in the Flexicon product series collects dust that is generated when bulk solids and powder are dumped from boxes, drums, bags and various other containers. In addition to this, the system also reduces material waste, eliminating the need for cleaning on a remote dust collection site, protecting workers and being free of any plant contamination.

    Note that all the units come with a high-velocity vacuum fan, which draws airborne dust away from the operator with the use of two cartridge filters, whose size corresponds to the application. In order to operate a bag dump station, users should open the hopped lid, which will activate the vacuum fan and dump the material through the hopper screen. Airborne dust is drawn into the dust collector, which protects workers and prevents plant contamination.
