    Description

    IWKA metal tube filler (also capable of running laminate tubes), model TU200, year 1989. MANY VARIOUS PARTS INCLUDED IN BOXES!. Stainless steel construction and contact parts.
    Last used and currently set up to fill and seal metal tubes, 1.3 grams at 178 pieces per minute. Metal tubes sealed with crimper. Parts for running laminate tubes are also available (some missing). Comes with SS hopper with mixer. 10 station dual indexing tube carousel Speeds from 35 - 100 cycles per minute x 2 = 70 - 200 tubes per minute (depending on application)

    Tube diameter: 10mm minimum - 40mm maximum.

    Tube length: 52mm minimum - 230mm maximum.

    Fill volume: 2.5ml minimum - 250ml maximum. Dual lane tube discharge.
