    Description

    This Accutek Mini-Pinch is a (Six Head) Timed Flow
    Volumetric Filler with all pneumatic controls and a pneumatic pump. It was designed to specifically meet hazardous environment requirements, where the product that's filled is flammable, therefore there is no electric control panel. Mini-Pinch Flow Controls are used to adjust flow through product delivery tubing for each individual nozzle.

    This machine is rated for use in a Class 1, Division 1, Group-D Environment. This machine has only been used a few times and is in new condition. We were running liquid herbal extracts through it ranging from a thin water/alcohol base to a thick glycerin base and due to the wide range of viscosity we were adjusting the machine a lot and moved on to another style filler. This machine should work good if the viscosity of your product doesn't change drastically from batch to batch.

    The Pinch Series Fillers are best suited for filling water, thin liquids, oils, & light creams. This semi-automatic filler is capable of filling over 5000 1oz. bottles per hour with light liquids.
