    Semi automatic bulk bag scale filler by Bemis Packaging Machinery, model 6112J453-F, serial # 6112J453-F.

    Features all stainless steel food grade contact parts, 10.5" diameter bag sleeve with pneumatically operated clam shell clamps holding bag during weigh-filling cycle, equipped with Rice Lake digital touch sensitive controls and model RL 1250-200 kg load cell, rated for bags from 15 to 150 lbs., bulk material is fed from vibratory pan feeder with adjustable bulk and dribble flow rates, adjustable product flow gate, 60 psi air required @ .09 cu/ft per cycle, 115 volt/1 phase, 60 cycle, max amps 5.6, pneumatic catch gate for product flow cut off, post mounted with floor base. Formerly used in food ingredients.
