    i acquired this unit from a pharmaceutical Company, they were serviced by Fickler engineering (still in business and be found on the net) at one time. that name comes up on the screen when you plug it in
    PERSONALLY I DO NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM. I DO NOT KNOW EVEN HOW TO TURN THEM ON, THEY LOOK GOOD AND APPEARS NOT TO BE MISSING ANY PARTS.

    I WOULD RECOMMEND THE TO THE PERSON THAT BUYS THEM TO HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OR HAVE ACCESS TO SOMEBODY WHO DOES OR EVEN A QUALIFIED MAINTENANCE DEPT
