    Description

    RINSING-FILLING-CAPPING Triblock

    The Unit includes 8ft of infeed air conveyor and 8ft of outfeed tabletop chain conveyor.

    This machine is designed for the bottler that is looking to either start production or increase production by fully automating the rinsing, filling and capping process.

    This machine is currently set up for demonstration.

    The machine utilizes neck support which allows for consistent production and eliminates bottle tip-over. The Rinser/Filler/capper is currently set up for 28mm (cap size) bottles and will run at a maximum speed of 120bpm (bottles per minute). The machine dimensions are 10ft x 6ft and runs of 220v 3 phase electric.
