This is a linear automatic tube filling and fold-closing machine for metal tubes. MAIN FEATURES:
The dosing unit of this machine can be removed in a single movement, thus simplifying the changeover and cleaning operations; moreover, all the heads needed to treat the aluminium tubes are already provided onboard, thus reducing changeover times. Easy to use with fast size changeover without tools. Excellent access for cleaning and maintenance. Quick interchangeability of closing groups. Conform to GMP standards. The tube transport chain consists of tube holder links fastened to a stainless steel band. The tubes are placed in the chute and loaded after that they are raised to a vertical position. Compressed air from local supply is used for cleaning the tubes. Cap tightening device is located next to tube cleaning station. A registration mark is printed on the tube when it is ready.
