DESCRIPTION:
The C155 filler was built to fill flexible tubes in aluminum, polythene, laminate, etc., with products for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries; dense and semi-dense up to the speed of 90 pieces per minute. The C155 machine has a stainless steel finish as well as an electrical panel. All parts are nickel-treated, no detail is painted. GMP execution suitable for sterile environments and laminar flow.

MAIN FEATURES:
Feeding tubes through inclined plane or warehouse directly from the box, or ergonomic feeder directly from the box with capacity up to 2000 tubes. The machine is equipped with a synoptic panel and programmable display of functions and phases with fault and stop signaling and storage of the format variables. The machine is equipped with a vertical tube loader and an earthed electrical system. The noise level is below 80 dB, therefore it is not necessary to use acoustic protections.
