    in Prewa platform that bolts to main bagger frame.

    Harlands Proteus PS spot
    labeler, 8" web width with Markem SmartDate 5 coder applying label to bag at
    former, Ward Bekker/Prins Trendsetter II checkweigher, 20"W x 32" belt load cell
    & 13"W x 20"L infeed conveyor, Prewa 20"W x 80"long cleated take away
    conveyor discharging bag at 36" elevation.

    System designed for 0.5 ltr to 25
    ltr/500gram - 12kg bags.Capable of 30 bags per minute at 10 kg capacity.

    size range: Width 200 to 400 mm (15.75") using 17.75"W seal jaw, Length 30 to
    600mm (23.62") using 25" vertical sealer.Utilizes non registered,
    supported/structured film, roll width web width maximum 975 mm, up to maxim um
    400 mm roll dia.

    Prewa bagger includes adjustable bag length bag platform and
    kicker to discharge bag onto checkweigher.

    Main Prewa bagger: 66"Wx 96"L x80"H,
    Auger Platform 60"W x 110"L x64"H, Harland Labeler 30"W x 30"L,Machine is
