Universal Pack’s stick-pack machine ALFA B, is a vertical intermittent-motion machine to produce stick-pack sachets.

Stick-pack machines operate with fixed sachet width and variable sachet length (different stick width is possible by changing mechanical parts).
The machine’s production speed is a function of the number of lanes and the cycle speed. However the maximum mechanical cycle speed is 150 cycles/minute.
The maximum number of lanes depends on the sachet dimensions and the cycle speed depends on product, film, dose, stick format and many other factors.
Oscillating Cup Doser:
The oscillating cup doser is Universal Pack signature dosing system, very quick and extremely precise, specifically designed for free-flowing powders or granulates (sugar, salt, sweetener, pepper, black tea, creamer, instant coffee, instant tea, pharmaceutical granules, etc...)
