    WeighPack Systems Model VERTEK 1150 Vertical Form Fill and Seal.

    The Vertical form fill and seal bagger is beyond easy, fully automatic. It includes gusseted device, bag former/unit, anti-static, gas flushing device and a Panel View touch screen controller.

    The speed capacity 50/60 bags per minute, bag size range: 4" to 11" (wide); 4" to 16" (long - 30" on double stroke); has a 11.5" (wide) cross seal. Approximately 5-1/2" x 6" oval former, 9.5" sealed bag width, has product load shelf. head bulk/dribble vibratory scale system
    AC 110v/220v,60hz,1phase. PET/Cpp film material. Our vertical bagger machine: 0.6 MPA, 0.36 CBM/min. Maximum working pressure: 0.8Mpa= 116 PSIE.

    COMBI SCALE
    The scale have Multi head combination weigher
    (12 heads), weigher supporting platform, digital metal detector, PLC control system (all electronic parts) touch scream manual, has product load shelf. Includes dual head bulk/dribble vibratory scale system electric print, phase Split/L1-L2–N, etc. including pillow, gasset bag, piston type compressor equipped. All stainless steel construction.
