Sachet filler for flat sachets with a 3 or 4 sided seal. Speeds of up to 220 sachets per min depending on application. This machine was previously doing up to 140 sachets per minute with the sachet size of 60mm x 60mm. Sachet sizes: minimum 35mm x 35mm and maximum 65mm x 130 mm. Maximum reel diameter 450 mm and reel core diameter 70mm - 75 mm. Other features: emboss coding, end of foil detector, adjustable temperature heat sealers and tear notch. Suitable for a variety of film material combinations such as: paper - polyethylene, paper - alu foil; polyester - polyethylene, polyester - Alu foil - polyethylene. Manuals available. Machine size: 2200mm x 1500mm x 785mm. Machine comes complete with a Mespack DT-40-P horizontal towelette machine. Starting from a reel film the machine bends a towelette in several folds in order to be cut later on to the required dimension (in this case 35mm x 35mm). After the final product is folded it is then dragged to a conveyor belt where it will treated (in this case packed vertically by applicator into individual pouch on the sachet machine).
