    All-stainless American Food Equipment dual-paddle, dual-motor (2-3 HP each) mixer. Bin capacity is rated at 750 lbs of meat, though we have processed up to 900 lbs batches without issues.

    Both motors were rebuilt and re-mounted with custom mounts in 2007. Since then we have used this mixer only 4 minutes each week, prior to our business closing in November 2017. The unit is impeccably clean and well maintained. Additional Prep Fees may be required for loading.
