    Description

    Tolke (Germany) rotary bottle unscrambler. Star wheel with 44 pockets. Currently set up for bottle diameter of 45mm (1 set of format parts). Maximum speed of up to 120 bottles per minute. Double drop zone, the bottles drop from the belt at two opposite sides and give room for the next bottle in motion. Simple to change over to other bottle size format parts without tools. Safe unscrambling through sensing and concerted turning of the bottles. Discharging the bottles with bottleneck pointing up or down. Low noise level.
