    Random bottle unscrambler by Omega Design Corp., model 2D-ST, serial #97.J21182.

    Features bulk elevator feeder with stainless steel 35" x 25" x 26" deep hopper with side clean out door and acrylic hinged cover, 4" wide white neoprene feed belt with 2" high cleats on 4" centers, belt track is acrylic enclosed and operates from level sensors in unscrambler primary centrifugal sorting bowl, unscrambler has 24" diameter primary orienting feeder to bottle chute discharging containers neck leading or following to mechanical/pneumatic container orienting device, discharge twist uprights containers into filling position, factory control panel, 120 volt/1 phase, 60 hz, 15 F. L. Amps, both components have steel painted bases with threaded leveling feet, all drives are DC variable speed.

    Formerly sorting 7 ml cylindrical container with threaded neck in branded cosmetic packaging.
