    Traditional impulse wire seal

    Tunnel stainless steel mesh conveyor: 12 inch width x 28 inch length
    Self centering seal bars are easily adjusted with a hand crank for product height while maintaining a single level transfer of products to the sealer outfeed conveyor and on through the shrink tunnel - thus eliminating the need to adjust the shrink tunnel height for each package size
    The manual film unwind with pin perforator can accommodate up to 15 inch wide roll of film and is conveniently positioned beneath the infeed frame reducing the overall size of the machine
    The product tray and film unwind are connected to minimize product changeover time. They effortlessly slide together allowing for only one simple adjustment to be made for the product width
    Shrink tunnel has quick heat up and maintains a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit
    Variable speed conveyor transports the product on 0.25 inch stainless steel mesh belt conveyor
    Magnet clamping holds seal bars securely in place during the sealing cycle
