    Description

    Used Fitzpatrick model 7LX10D Chilsonator/Roll Compactor. Approximately 10in diameter x 7in face sinewave grooved style hastelloy C276 clad rolls. Approximately 450 kg to 900 kg per hour. Driven by a 10 HP, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 208-230/460 volt, 1760 RPM motor with Falk Gearbox, ratio 104.98:1, output 8.2 RPM. (1) Hastelloy C276 upper feed hopper with conditioner bar driven by a 1.5 HP gear motor, 30:1 ratio, into (2) hastelloy approximately 3in diameter horizontal twin screw feeder, driven by a 2 HP gear motor with a ratio of 20:1. (2) 3in diameter hastelloy vertical screw feeder, driven by a 10 HP 3 phase, 60 cycle, 460 volt, 1760 RPM motor. Mounted on a carbon steel frame.
