    Description

    Manesty Express 25 station rotary EU B type tablet press. Single-sided machine fitted with one station of pre-compression and rotary feeder.

    This machine was overhauled in 2000 and further new parts were fitted in 2013 including cams, turret table and bearings, compression rolls, feeder bottom plate/seal /cover, gear wheels. The tableting zone is paint-free giving easy wipe clean surfaces. Stainless steel hopper. Compact and guarded with clear covers and safety locks. Feed frame and discharge chute. Maximum 1 Tonne pre-compression.

    - Maximum 6.5 Tonne operating compression.
    - Maximum tablet diameter 16mm.
    - Maximum fill depth 17.4mm.
    - Adjustable production speed from 1,000 to 2,500 tablets per minute and up to 150,000 tablets per hour (depending on tablet size).

    Machine size: 1040mm x 900mm x 1980mm high, approx weight 2000kg. EXCELLENT CONDITION
