    Description

    Dougals Tray Erector/Packer with case turner and tunnel and bundler. Unit last ran frosting containers with a plastic lid measuring 3.25" at base and 3.5" lid x 4" high. Pack pattern 3 x 4 with a final package measuring 14" x 10.5" x 4" high. As tray exits the packer it is turned 90 deg in preparation for entry into the bottom lap seal, clear film shrink wrapper. Completed trays exit the shrink wrapper with their length across the conveyor. System rated 30 tpm. 480V/3/60, AB 5/04 PLC.
