    Description

    DESCRIPTION:
    Automatic intermittent motion stretch bander machine, suitable to bundle the product using stretchable film, which guarantees high productivity, reliability, accuracy in bundling and easy use. Its original functioning criterion, along with its simple manufacturing concepts, are particularly appreciated by its users. The F40 adopts the most up-to-date manufacturing technologies. The film is unwound by two motorized wheels, which keep a steady tension and can be adjusted according to the customer’s need. The product is bundled without being pushed against the film. Setting of main data is performed through an operator’s functional display. Easy and fast size changeover. The F40 can work polyethylene, stretchable film for banding. It is suitable to carry out various packaging solutions-stretch banded or overwrapped as well as a wide range of bundle patterns. Different types of products and collations can be handled with the F40.

    SECTORS OF USE:
    Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    High quality seal in terms of stretching resistance, as well as surface result. Bundle is kept in an orderly manner during sealing operations, and sealer temperature is constantly checked by thermo-regulators. A suitable sealer cooling system allows working even at a very high speed. The individual cartons are fed into the machine. When the desired number of cartons are in the hopper the pack is pushed through the wrapping material. The upper sealer bar lowers and the wrapping material is sealed and cut.
    Adjustable film stretching around the bundle;
    Setting of main data (e.g. size, dimensions and speed) is performed through an operator’s functional display;
    Speed adjustment during changeover size;
    Main movements are protected and controlled with indication on control panel and machine stop upon emergency conditions;
    Painted steel construction, infeed product guides with belts. Guarding around machine for protection.
