DEPALLETIZER
-Full-Height Automatic Depalletizer is a heavy-duty machine with a tubular carbon steel frame construction and aluminum side-walls.
-It features a user-friendly HMI touch screen with auto/manual controls and a fully integrated PLC with quick-access diagnostic screen.
-The machine accepts 44” wide x 56” long pallets and has a 1HP motor with 1000lb lifting capacity.
-The depalletizer also includes a sweep assembly frame, an easily adjustable elevation detection system, and a pneumatic slip-sheet removal system.
-The machine has a multicolor LED stack light indicator for pallet change over and/or machine fault, pinch-point guarding, and safety signage throughout. Additionally, it includes a [GRX-CONV-SLSF] Single Lane Single-Filing Conveyor.
-The machine also has an Industrial Z-Grip Conveyor with Tool-less Adjustability and a Z-Style Side-Grip Decline with Tool-less Adjustability, as well as an Adjustable Side-Grip Elevator that can elevate containers from approximately 36” to 40” (line level) up to palletizing height.

PALLETIZER
-GRX-FHP, is designed to prepare full-height pallets measuring 44” wide x 56” long x (up to) 110” tall.
-Its heavy-duty tubular carbon steel frame construction and industrial powder-coated finish provide enhanced corrosion protection.
-With a user-friendly HMI touch screen, a fully integrated PLC with quick-access diagnostic screen, and multicolor LED stack light indicator, the GRX-FHP offers optimal efficiency and safety.
-GRX-FHP is customized with a custom powder-coated color frame, operator access platform, and crating for full height depal, side grip, and conveyance.
