Description

This never used aqueous system consists of 3 ADF Dunker Parts Washers and an ADF custom dryer.

The Dunker is a high quality parts washer utilizing aggressive agitation and immersion for all types of parts washing. The aqueous solution using high quality ADF detergents provides excellent cleaning for all surfaces. Parts are placed on the platform and activated to start the cycle. The platform lowers dipping the parts into the solution and closing the lid at the same time. At the end of the cycle, the platform will raise and the door is opened at the same time.

The unit is constructed of 304 stainless steel.

The dryer has a 50" rotating tray with a 36" work load height and is powered by a 10hp regenerative blower.
