The dry granulation machine is a self-developed experimental dry granulation machine by our company. It is the smallest dry granulation machine for laboratory research and development, suitable for laboratories, intermediate experimental devices, and small-scale production. It only requires about 50 grams of dry powder to achieve its formability. According to the process principle of mechanical extrusion granulation, the prepared dry powder or fine crystalline material with a certain amount of crystalline water is extruded into thin sheets, and then through the granulation system, the particles of the required size are made through a sieve.
Usage:
