This is a late model complete Wart pen filling line including explosion proof filler, explosion proof feeding systems and pen body elevator & unscrambler, pen orientor, flow packer, all conveyors to link the equipment together, reject systems, Videojet laser printer, Optel vision system, electrical panel and accessories.
This line was bought in 2011 at a cost of over $680,000.00 us. It was installed in 2012. Validation batches and commercial batches were made in 2012-2013. The project was dropped in 3013 and the product never made it to the market. The machine was last used in January 2014. The equipment was crated during the summer of 2014 and sent to a warehouse. Crating was performed by a local specialized firm. Equipment was very well protected, wrapped in bubble wrap and in sealed air tight double layer packaging film with numerous desiccant bags.
All the equipment is as new without any signs of wear, tear and or corrosion. The equipment was partially uncrated to take pictures.
The line runs at 40-45 units per minutes. It is actually fitted with tooling to fill 2.85ml of liquid into pens as seen below. After the pens are filled, the passing seat is fitted to the pen body. The pen nose is then pressed on the passing seat and finally a cap is fitted at the last station. Any missing components are detected and faulty pens are discarded.

The equipment is presently warehoused and is presently available for viewing on request. Any reasonable offer will be considered. All equipment is sold as is where is without warranty and priced accordingly. We will close the crates for shipping and load the crates on flat bed truck for the buyer. Buyer is responsible for shipping and to cover shipping fees.
