Skid mounted CIP system with 55 gallon polyethylene tank by Terracon, see liquid level design with external graduate, top center 8" port with threaded cap closure, 5 top inlets with tri clamp connections fitted to pump return line, level sensor by Gem Sensors, threaded hose connection and two unused, 2" top vent port with NPT connection, center bottom 2" outlet from cone bottom with tri clamp connection and piped to Fristam model FPX 712-120 pump with direct coupled 2 horsepower Baldor motor @ 3450 RPM, 230/460/3 phase voltage, pump is variable speed with TB Woods AC frequency drive operating @ 230 volt/3 phase service, 2" inlet x 1.5" outlet with feed from cleaning water source and on board solution tank to same infeed line, feed from tank has diaphram type throttling valve, pump discharges to cleaning point or return to tank, mounted in all ss frame on casters. Formerly used in pharmaceutical service.
