Description

The Easybatch model dispenser is used for the preparation of a cold mixture of thermoplastic granules. Designed to be easily installed directly on the feeding mouth of the process machine, or on the loading hopper, or on the floor for feeding one or more machines.

The dispenser can house up to 6 shutter dispensers. Suitable for creating a wide range of capacities and to meet the specific needs of each user. The simple and robust construction allows easy access to all components for quick and precise cleaning. All the components in contact with the ingredients to be dosed are made of brushed stainless steel or food grade materials or finishes. Simple to use, it does not require any special maintenance.

The Sylink suction unit consists of a base on which a side channel suction unit and a filter unit are mounted. The unit has the purpose of creating depression in a duct to transport, pneumatically, the granule of plastic material. The filter has the purpose of preventing the dust generated by the rubbing of the granules from ending up in the surrounding environment.
