Description
Plaiter (2 nos) :
• For each line there is pulling squeeze roller unit pulls and lays down the Fiber tow into the container by doing traverse movement in two dimensional strokes “Front - Back” and “Right - left” with variable motor adjustable speed reach to 250m/min.
• Under each plaiter unit there is a movable Shuttle unit having two chain rails one for carrying the running containers and the other one kept in idle condition for replacement by the empty container laying in the main rail unit. When the running container got filled, the replacement process started using the shuttle unit.
Each container is divided vertically into two boxes. When the first box got filled by the tow, the level inside the box got increasing and plaiter press reduce this level by pressing the tow down and so on till the required quantity in meters of the Tow is completed and container is shifted to start same process in the 2nd box.

•After the container is filled by fiber, then it start come out through chain rail driven by shuttle motor allowing empty container to go under plaiter to repeat the same process.
Baling process :
• The full container is going under the main press to take out the fiber from the container by forks.
• Then the main press is starting pressing the fiber (maximum pressure of the main hydraulic unit is around 250 bar).
• After bale got covered by nylon covers and strapped by plastic straps, the tow bales shifted through trolley to the weighing balance. After that Bale got shifted to the outlet exit through metal roller conveyor.
• Average bale weight 750 to 800 KG.
