Paper cutter is in excellent condition with 2 extra blades (3 total), original manuals, 2 keys, and misc. hardware used for changing/adjusting the blade and for shipping the unit (side bolts).

Also included are some plastic strips used as blade protectors.

Bought the cutter in 2007, so I assume it was built in 2006 or 2007
