- Shelving for holding overstock items (hairnets, gloves, etc)

Zone 2 - Food Processing
- Large commercial two-basin sink with filtration system and inline hot water heater
- Shelving and carts to prep trays for roasting/dehydrating
- Two large commercial dehydrators (max temp 195F)
- Stainless steel table and station for grinding, weighing, and bagging product
- Powerful air exchange system

Zone 3 - Storage
- Space for two pallets of materials
- Large swing doors for easy forklift access
- Air conditioner (mini-split) for climate-controlled food storage

Originally designed for processing frozen crickets into cricket powder for food applications. Only used for one large order.
