    Description

    · This system is NEW it was installed but that side of the fab was never completed (installed but not used).

    · Main air handler system with 15HP Stainless Steel fan

    · Heating and Cooling coils to control the temperature of your clean room. This is a $7,500 option. 60 F Temp Rise or Drop at full flow rate (90F delta required)

    · Allen Bradley 30HP VFD, VSD Drive – with Ethernet, RS485, or local (keypad) control

    · Sensors for temperature and pressure that are feedback to an Allen Bradley Flex I/O interface.

    · Allen Bradley Local Control Pad – not shown in most pictures but it is included

    · Controlled Dampers on both the input and output air paths. This option alone cost $8,000 when the systems were new.

    · Very low vibration and noise systems since they were installed in a facility with a vibration specification of only 334 micro-inch/sec.

    · 2000 Model Year System – The are new they were installed but never used because the fab equipment was never installed in that portion of the plant.

    · Extremely Clean – The fab was certified 4e and the air handlers have been sitting indoors installed since then. We will not move the out of the clean room space until we are loading them on your truck.
