One Never Used 2012 Steris Autoclave BPS Model 999 Sterilizer with Double Door. Chamber & Tubing constructed of 316L S/S. Unit has 304 S/S Jacket for superior temp control. Chamber & Jacket design from full vacuum to 3.1 barg. PID Modulated on-off valve for chamber temp control within +/-0.5 deg. Independent temp Probe, Sanitary Chamber Validation port, two stage liquid ring water saver vacuum pumps, and Effluent discharge cooled to 60 C or below. Pressure Vessel Code ASME rated to 45 psig & full vacuum. 480 Volt AC 60 Hz UL/NEC/ 3 PH/ control power is transformed to 24 VDC. Air actuated door gaskets. Allen Bradley compact Logix CPU, Panel View plus 700 colors touch panel. GMP document package includes Manual & Drawings, built to ASME Sec. VIII division 1.
