    Description

    This sheeter has adjustable settings that roll out dough from 4" to paper thin which can make Baklava and other thin dough pastries like croissants.

    It has a fabric conveyor belt that operates on a motor to move the rolled out dough along it's surface.

    The mechanics of this machine are very simple and can be repaired easily if damaged.

    The maintenance also is simple. Cleaning the the rollers and belt help the machine stay functioning properly.

    This machine in the hands of a professional can pay for itself in three months @ 2,200 dollars and last another ten years at least with simple maintenance.

    It's smaller and stands on it's own with roller wheels to move it around where it is needed.

    120 volt power is required for the machine to operate and extension cords are not recommended for use with the machine.

    All the parts familiar to the operation of the machine are intact some after market trays and gadgets are not however.
