    Description

    The Converticoll aerates and mixes bakery, dairy and confectionery products that can be pumped. The foaming occurs in a closed mixing head of a continuous system.

    The machine is made by Collette (GEA Equipment) in the Netherlands

    The mixing head has been rebuild. All seal have been changed and the head has been leak tested.

    The machine was built to make whipped cream. It can process up to 250 kg Cream and hour to a target density of 270 gram per liter.
