54"W Ice Cream Topping Unit with refrigerator base, 16 opening dual
syrup rail (jars & pumps NOT included), shelves behind left door,
stainless steel top, front & sides, alum. interior, casters, 1/2 hp,

Exterior Finish: Exterior front, sides, door and top are
stainless steel. Syrup rail is stainless steel. The exterior back and
bottom are galvanized steel. All exterior joints fold in without lap
joints. No exposed raw edges.
Interior Finish: Interior liner and interior pan wells are smooth aluminum. All corners, vertical and horizontal, are coved with 1/4" radius.
Dual Syrup Rail: includes openings for 16 syrup or fruit jars. (Syrup jars with 4 hinged lids, 4 ladle lids and 2 pumps are optional) Syrup rail is stainless steel. Rail is designed for holding non-hazardous types of foods.
Insulation: Cabinet is foamed in place with polyurethane insulation.
Refrigeration: System utilizes R-134A refrigerant. Complete with
automatic, electric condensate evaporator. Self contained refrigeration
system.
