    Description

    2012 model Traulsen RBC100 ZKR02 blast chiller. This unit is a 3 probe, 100 lb capacity blast chiller that is designed to chill hot food within the limits set in the HACCP standards, while the onboard ticket printer is used to document compliance with those standards. It has the ability to accept pre-programmable cycles for individual food items. The RBC100-ZKR02 is stainless steel inside and out, with five (5) pairs of tray slides to accommodate either ten (10) 12" x 20" steam tables or Five 18" x 26" sheet pans. The unit sits on casters and comes equipped with a magnetic door gasket.
