The DSI-Vertical Plate Freezer has been followed by a new developed DSI-Horizontal Plate Freezer, which gives the customers the advantage that they can get the whole freezing capacity by the same well Constructed manufacture.
These Freezing Plates can be used for the rapid freezing of fish, shellfish, meats and meat products, poultry, vegetables, fruit juice, pet food, blood and other food products. The DSI Vertical Plate Freezer is mainly chosen for bulk freezing products to achieve quick freezing and to obtain blocks for palletizing. The freezing stations in the DSI Vertical Plate Freezers can be designed to meet the customers' requirements in terms of frozen block dimensions.
