    Description

    This is a FX250WJC, 250 gallon Water Jet Chiller. This was made for a customer who later change the order to two smaller units instead of one larger unit, which left us with this unit.

    The unit is designed to chill bagged or packaged products by using wateriest to tumble the bag, improving heat transfer / removal from product. The unit has a capacity of 250 gallons.

    The unit is made of stainless steel, 316 type, and includes a 7.5 hp motor on the bottom for circulating water. The left side has water jets that are affixed in an upward direct, while the right side is affixed on a downward direction, all allowing the bags the ultimate turbulence to cool efficiently.
