    Description

    Used Advanced Drying Systems Stainless Steel Spray Dryer. Unit was originally manufactured in 2002 and is rated at 25 Kg/hr water evaporation rate at 350◦F, (110◦C) inlet and outlet air temperatures. Comes with a 2 fluid nozzle atomizer using compressed air for atomization. Unit is heated with direct gas fired air heater, manufactured by Comenco Systems Inc., model DH-16-0-275-OPI. Serial #: 91283. Heater comes with separate control panel. Is rated at 275,000 BTU/Hr with inlet pressure of 5 psig. Uses propane gas. Dryer comes equipped with an integrated control panel to operate pneumatic air hammer, inlet and outlet temperature, and exhaust fan. Also comes with a NADI Centrifugal Blower with radial curved vanes, Model MP-3. Rated at 400 Kg/hr of air, at 3600 rpm. Dimensions: 53” diameter x 102” high. Measures 43” to bottom taper, 41” to bottom of machine. Comes with a 5” long x 6” diameter bottom discharge and sits 15” from the ground. Comes with various stainless steel piping and connections. Unit was last used in a large food plant and is available for immediate delivery.
