Hopper fed dicing machine to a centrifugal impeller which pushes the product over the first stationary knife. The product the proceed to the crosscut cutting assembly then to the circular cutting assembly for the last cut.
This particular dicer will be going through our reconditioning process which consists of completely stripping the machine from oils, grease, dirt. The machine then will be completely disassembled and the parts and components will all be inspected, repaired, replaced as necessary, frame and guards will be checked and repaired/ replaced as necessary to ensure that they are performing the function they are designed to do. The machine will be setup with one set of cutting parts from our inventory. Additional sizes may be available for purchase.
The machine is capable of cutting the following ranges:
Slicing Knife : Approximately up to ½ manually adjustable
Crosscut: up to ¾” with adjustments -requires parts
Circular: Setup to one size from inventory. requires parts to change.
With Safety Sensors and starter panel. Choice of 3/8" , 7/16" or 1/2" cube cuts.
We do not have any pictures to put up of this machine since the rebuild process will not start until we have an purchase order and deposit. The picture that we have uploaded is of another machine that was rebuild by us.
