    Description

    Alfa Laval pasteurizer system, rated for 4,200 gallons/hour on concentrate, or 12,000 - 16,000 gallons/hour on single strength juice. Alfa Laval Type CLIP10 RH, rated for 300 PSI @ 230 degrees F. All stainless steel construction. Complete with hold tubes, double chilling plates, pressure valves, timing pump, hot water set, balance tank, piping, automatic controls, etc. Also includes inline filtration prior to product entering plates. Used for concentrates at 70 degrees F. or less and single strength. 85% regeneration. New in 1995. Previously used at juice processing facility.
